Whitelist an email address

1. Login to cPanel from Bigscoots client area.

2. Click the Spam Assassin button under the Mail section.

3. Then click Configure SpamAssassin button.

4. Under the whitelist_from option, enter the email address you want to allow.

5. Then click Save button.

Blacklist an email address

1. Click the Spam Assassin button under the Mail section.

2. Then click the Configure SpamAssassin button.

3. Under the blacklist_from option, enter the email address you want to block.

4. Click Save button.
