You can easily change the credit card information on the file by visiting the BigScoots client portal.
Just so you know, you will be prompted to log in if you haven't already. Please use the email address you registered with us and your password. Once you have logged in successfully, visit the URL below.
From the above link, you can edit/remove the existing card or add a new one. Please note, that the card set as active will be used for the next transaction by default.
