Auto-renewal of a domain is a helpful feature that keeps your domain active without you having to worry about it. However, there might be situations where you'd prefer to turn it off whether you're changing your website plans or adjusting your budget. In this guide, we'll show you how to easily disable auto-renewal for your domain, giving you more control over your domain management from the Bigscoots Billing Portal.

Step #1:
Log into your billing portal using the link below, with your registered username and password: https://portal.bigscoots.com/clientarea/

Step #2:

Once you have logged in, you will see a list of registered domains under the Dashboard. Click on the domain you want to disable auto-renewal. For example, I have wpo-test.com here.

Step #3:

You will see the auto-renew option there. If it's turned on and you want to disable it, you can click on it, following the arrow.

Step #4:

At the end of the next page, you will see the option to disable it. Select 'No' and click on 'Save Changes'.
