One valuable feature of your WPO portal is its ability to capture and store PHP error logs. These logs can help identify issues within your PHP backend so they can be resolved efficiently. In this article, we’ll show you how to access your PHP error logs.
Log into your WPO portal and, either from the Dashboard or by clicking My Sites on the left side-bar, find the site you are looking to see the error logs for and select it.
On the domain dashboard, select Utilities from the top, then select PHP Error Logs from the utilities.
Below the Utilities, you will see a list of the recorded PHP errors. If you are not seeing recent errors, you can click Refresh Log and it will update the list.
