In this guide, we'll show you how to create a support ticket through the BigScoots portal, so you can quickly connect with the support team and get the help you need.

Step#1:

Login to your WPO portal using this link.

Step#2:

Click the Open button on the far right side of the support ticket section to create a new ticket.

Step#3:

On the next page, add the relevant details of your website, then click on Submit Ticket.
