Managing sites can be a challenging task on your own. To help with this, we've added easy collaboration access into our BigScoots Console, so that you may bring in others to help build and manage your site. This guide will walk you through the process of adding collaborators and granting permissions.

Add Collaborators to BigScoots Console
In this section, we will guide you on how to add a collaborator to your WPO portal.
Log in to your BigScoots Console using this link.
Once you’re logged in, click your profile name in the top-right corner, then select Invite to Collaborate.
Next, it will ask you to choose the role you want to assign to the Team Member. There are three options available.
Admin: The Admin role has full access to the account, including services, sites, domains, team management, and system settings. Billing permissions are managed separately and can be granted from the dropdown if needed.
Developer: The Developer role provides access to technical areas such as SFTP, staging environments, databases, and error logs. Developers can manage updates and code-related tasks, and billing permissions can also be granted separately if needed.
Viewer: The Viewer role provides view-only access to the core platform. Billing permissions can still be granted separately if needed.Since I want to add them as a Developer, I’ll select Developer here and click Continue.
Next, it will ask for the Team member email address. Enter their email address and click Continue.
At this stage, you’ll be asked which service you want to give the Team Member access to. Since I want to provide access to the entire plan, I selected the Essential 75 service, which includes the domain and staging site, and then clicked Send Invite.
You will see a confirmation pop-up letting you know that the invitation has been sent successfully.
Collaborator Invitation
In this section, we will walk you through how to access a BigScoot console sent by a collaborator.
Check your email for a collaboration invite sent from help@bigscoots.com. Once found, click create your account to accept.
It will take you to a page where you can set up your login details. Once the setup is complete, you can use this link to log in and access the shared BigScoots Console.
Once logged in, you should be able to see the websites and services that have been shared with you.
