This system employs off-server backups for all the applications under your hosting, storing them on an external storage which helps to keep your server's storage optimized.
Key features of our Backup system:
Backup copies are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Our automated backup process runs daily to secure your website.
You can create up to 5 manual backups whenever needed.
How to Locate Backups in BigScoots WPO portal:
Step #1:
Login to the WPO Portal and navigate to the Backups tab on the left-hand menu.
Step #2:
Select the domain you are working on from the Site drop-down.
Note: You can also select your Staging Environment from the right-side drop-down to see its backups.
How to Restore or Download Backups:
Step #1:
Locate the backup date needed, we store up to 30 days.
Step #2:
Select Restore or Download.
How to Create a Backup:
Step #1:
Click the "Create Backup" button.
Step #2:
Enter an optional note and then select Backup Now.
