This article will help you create a custom domain with ActiveCampaign. This way, you can use your own domain instead of seeing ActiveCampaigns.

Example

Your Custom Domain: email.bigscoots.com

ActiveCampaign Domain: randomword.activehosted.com

Start out by logging into https://www.activecampaign.com/login

At the bottom left, click Settings

Click Domains

In the Domain Alias box, enter any subdomain; in our example, we will use email.bigscoots.com, as shown below.

Now we will want to log into https://wpo.bigscoots.com

Once logged in, select your domain and then click the DNS tab. From here, we can add in the record as shown below:

Once added, you can click the Add Record button.

Please wait 30 seconds and then click Save Changes back in ActiveCampain to see your success saved message.

You can now browse and use your domain URL instead of ActiveCampaigns!
