BigScoots offers two payment methods: card and PayPal. While PayPal is a convenient option, it comes with the drawback that to fully cancel a subscription, you must cancel through PayPal as well as with us. PayPal has its own subscription system that will continue charging unless you cancel directly with them. In the guide below, we will show you how to cancel with PayPal.
Sign into PayPal Autopay
On the PayPal Autopay page, you should see a screen similar to the one below. Under Active Services, click the option associated with your BigScoots subscription.
The page will update to a view similar to the one below. Scroll down, and you should see an option to 'Remove PayPal as payment method.' Click it to cancel the PayPal subscription.
You will be brought to the removal screen below. Click 'Remove' to remove the subscription.
You will then be prompted to complete a survey. The survey is optional, and once finished, it will redirect you to the Autopay page, where you can confirm your account is inactive by selecting 'Inactive.'
You will receive an email informing you of your cancellation.
Congratulations! You've successfully cancelled your PayPal subscription.
