Ensuring your emails reach your recipients' inboxes is important for effective communication.

To achieve this, it's important to set up and properly configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain. These DNS records help authenticate your emails, protect your domain from spam, and boost your overall email deliverability.

Our Email Deliverability tool simplifies setting up and managing these essential email authentication records.

Note: If you plan to use the BigScoots email service, these records need to be set up for your domain. If you choose to use another email service, these domain records will not be effective.

Step #1:

Log in to your WPO Portal and go to the Emails section.

Step #2:

Select the domain name from the drop-down menu for which you want to configure email delivery, and click on Email Deliverability.

Step #3:

There you’ll see a list of records that need to be added to your domain for email authentication.

If the email service isn't yet activated for your domain, you'll need to activate it before proceeding.

Once the email service is turned on, you’ll be able to configure the DNS records.

  • For domains pointed to BigScoots - Cloudflare: Click the Fix button to automatically add the email records to your domain. You can also click Fix All to update all records at once.

  • For domains managed through other tools: If the Fix button is greyed out, you can copy the DNS values provided and manually add them to your domain’s DNS settings using your domain management tool.
