Are you looking to send automated emails from your website? One of the best ways to improve email deliverability is by using the BigScoots SMTP service.
This guide will walk you through the steps to set up BigScoots SMTP on your website via one click to ensure your emails reach their intended recipients.
Step #1:
Log in to your WPO Portal and go to the Emails section.
Step #2:
Select the domain from the drop-down menu for which you want to set up SMTP. You'll see a list of mailboxes for that domain.
Click the 'Enable Site SMTP' button next to the email account you want to use as the "from email", and it will automatically configure the SMTP settings on your website.
Note: This action will automatically install the BigScoots custom plugin on your website and configure the SMTP settings for you.
You should now be able to send emails from your website.
How to Disable BigScoots SMTP Configuration
If you plan to use a third-party SMTP service and want to deactivate BigScoots SMTP later, you can easily do so by clicking "Disable Site SMTP."
This will remove the BigScoots SMTP configuration from your website.
