This article will guide you through the steps to cancel your shared service from your BigScoots account. Simply follow the steps outlined below to complete the cancellation process.

Before you cancel your service, we want to warn you that doing so will result in an immediate loss of all data associated with the service. This includes websites and WordPress sites. We highly recommend taking a backup of your site(s) before cancellation and downloading it locally, so you can save them in case you ever decide to host again.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist or help you continue using our service. We would be more than happy to help.

Step #1:
Log into your billing portal using the link below, with your registered username and password: https://portal.bigscoots.com/clientarea/

Step #2:

Once you’ve logged in, click on 'Services' and select 'Shared SSD Hosting'. You’ll then see a list of the Shared servers associated with your account. Click on the server you want to cancel. Since there is only one server in this account, it will appear as the only option in the list.

Step #3:

On the next page, click on 'Request Cancellation'.

Step #4:

We have a text box where you can share your reason for placing the cancellation request. Please let us know why you want to cancel, as your feedback helps us improve. After that, click on 'Request Cancellation', and the services will be cancelled immediately.

For any additional questions, or if there is anything we can do to help you remain within your service here with us, please let us know! Feel free to pop into our live chat anytime! We'd be happy to help.
