This guide is meant to inform you on the steps to share access to your Nexcess portal with BigScoots.
Step 1) Log in to Nexcess
You can log in to your Nexcess portal here:
https://my.nexcess.net/
Step 2) Navigate to Manage your Team
Navigate to "Settings" and then "Team", as shown in the image below.
Step 3) Add BigScoots!
Add "staff@bigscoots.com" as a Superuser on your account, as shown in the image below:
That's it! From here we'll have all the access we need to get the job done. Let us know you shared access with us and we'll get to work!
