Moving your email from an old hosting provider to WPO doesn’t have to be complicated. With WPO’s built-in email migration tool, you can create a new email account, transfer all your existing messages, and start receiving new emails—all in one place. This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step so you can make the switch smoothly and without downtime.
Login to your WPO portal using this link.
Click on 'Email' on the left side to open the email accounts section in WPO.
Click on 'Add New Email' to create the email account you want, and prepare it for migration from your old hosting. While creating the account, be sure to use the same password as the email account on your old host.
After creating the email account, click on 'Migrate'.
Enter your old password, new password, and the old host server name (where your current MX records are pointed). Once the details are entered, click on ‘Migrate’.
Once the email is migrated, you’ll see a notification confirming that the migration is complete.
