Access WPO Email Information needed for modifying your Gmail Settings
Log in to your WPO portal using this link.
Once you’re logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on the ‘Email’ section to access your email management settings.
Next, click on the ‘Client Setup’ button next to the email account you want setup as outgoing email with your Gmail account.
You now have all the login details and outgoing SMTP settings needed to import the settings into your Gmail account.
Now, open your Gmail account in your browser using this link and import the outgoing email settings by clicking the cogwheel icon, then selecting ‘See all settings'.
Now, go to the ‘Accounts and Import’ section and click on ‘Add another email address'.
Now, copy the username from the WPO portal Email section, paste it there, and then click on ‘Next Step’.
Now, copy the SMTP hostname, username, and password from the WPO Email section, set the port to 587, and then click on ‘Add Account’.
Next, a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. You can access it through webmail and approve it by clicking the link in the email.
Once completed, you will see the email address added under the ‘Accounts and Import’ section.
You can now successfully compose and send emails from your BigScoots email address using your Gmail account.
