If you need to provide BigScoots with access to your Hostinger account, you can securely share access with our Hostinger staff account. This allows our team to access the selected domain and services and assist you as needed.
Follow the steps below to grant access.
Step #1:
Log in to your Hostinger account and go to Account Sharing.
Step #2:
Click the Give Access button to proceed.
Step #3:
Now enter staff@bigscoots.com in the access field, then select the domain and service you would like to share with us.
Choose Collaborator as the access level, then click Give Access to complete the process.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully shared access to your Hostinger account with BigScoots.
