If you are using the BigScoots Console and need to access your website files and folders through FTP, you can create an FTP account directly from your website settings.
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to create an FTP account and access the FTP details for your website through the BigScoots Console.

Log in to your BigScoots Console using this link.
Once you’re logged in, click Websites from the top menu to access your website settings.
Select the domain where you want to create an FTP account.
Next, click FTP & Database under Access & Credentials in the left-hand menu.
Click the + Add FTP Account icon next to FTP Accounts.
Next, enter the username and password you want to use for the FTP account, then click Add Account.
Once the account has been created, you will see the new FTP details listed in the same section.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully created an FTP account for your website through the BigScoots Console.
