- Enter cPanel - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide. 
- Scroll down until you see the Files section and select the JetBackup 5 icon. 
- Click on Databases under the JetBackup section in the dashboard. 
- Select the database, then click on the "Choose Other Backup" button to select the date from which you want to restore or download the backup. 
- Select the date, then click on Restore to restore the database directly to your website. 
- It will then ask for confirmation. Click on Restore Selected Item to proceed. 
- After some time, you will see that the restoration is complete. The duration depends on the size of the database. 
- To download the database backup, go to the Backup section, select the database and restore point, then click on Download. 
- It will then ask for confirmation. Click on Download Selected Item to proceed. 
- To download the database backup, go to the Downloads section and click Download next to your selected database which will download the database backup locally to your system. - Congratulations!
