Scroll down until you see the Files section and select the JetBackup 5 icon.
Click on Databases under the JetBackup section in the dashboard.
Select the database, then click on the "Choose Other Backup" button to select the date from which you want to restore or download the backup.
Select the date, then click on Restore to restore the database directly to your website.
It will then ask for confirmation. Click on Restore Selected Item to proceed.
After some time, you will see that the restoration is complete. The duration depends on the size of the database.
To download the database backup, go to the Backup section, select the database and restore point, then click on Download.
It will then ask for confirmation. Click on Download Selected Item to proceed.
To download the database backup, go to the Downloads section and click Download next to your selected database which will download the database backup locally to your system.
