Enter cPanel - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.
Scroll down until you see the Files section and select the JetBackup 5 icon.
Click on the Restore & Download section, then select the Home Directory tab from the JetBackup.
Select the restore point from the list that you want to use to restore your website.
Click on Change File Selection to choose the files or folders you want to restore. I selected the public_html folder, which includes the entire web root of my website. Then, click on Select Files to proceed.
There are two options: you can download the backup to your local system by clicking Download, or if you want to restore the backup to your website, click Restore.
If you want to restore the website, click on Restore. Then, you have the option to ‘Merge backup data with live account data’. When this is checked, it will combine the backup data with your current account data without deleting existing files. After that, click on Restore Selected Files.
The process may take some time depending on the size of your website, and once completed, a status message will confirm that the website has been restored.
If you want to download the backup to your local system, click on Download. It may take some time to prepare the download, and you’ll see a status message once it’s completed.
To download the backup, go to the Downloads section and click Download next to your selected web files which will download the backup locally to your system.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully downloaded and restored your website files using JetBackup.
