Step #1:

Login to your SiteGround account and browse to "Account".

​Step #2:

Click "Manage Users".

Step #3:

Browse to "Create New User" and click "Add New User".

Step #4:

Select "Collaborator".

Step #5:

Select the domain name. Fill in the empty fields using "BigScoots" as the Name, and "staff@bigscoots.com" as the email.

Step #6:

Click to add.
