As a web hosting reseller, managing client accounts efficiently is key to maintaining a smooth operation. There may be times when you need to suspend an account—whether due to overdue payments, resource overuse, or at the client’s request. WHM (Web Host Manager) makes it easy to do this with just a few clicks. In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to suspend accounts via WHM, specifically from a reseller’s perspective.

  1. Enter WHM - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.

  2. Search for Manage Account Suspension under Account Functions and click on it.

  3. Select the account that you need to suspend.

  4. If you want to provide the reason for account suspension, then type the reason in Reason (if suspending) text box.

  5. Then click on Suspend button.

Congratulations! You have successfully suspend accounts using WHM.
