If you want to have the best chance of ensuring your emails reach your recipients inbox and not end up in spam then you need to add verification for your domain. The verification will help the receiving mail server check to ensure your mail is allowed to be sent from our server.

This article assumes your email service is already active and you have at least one email account created from Cpanel > Email Accounts.

This article assumes that your domain's DNS is managed by BigScoots (with the nameservers pointed to BigScoots). In most cases, this will be the case. Otherwise, you'll need to apply the changes to your current DNS service.

Step#1:

Login in to your cPanel account by using this article.

Step#2:

Under Email section in cPanel, click on "Email Deliverability"

Step#3:

Click on "Repair" against your domain where you see Problem Exists (DMARC, DKIM and SPF).

Step#4:

You will see the SPF and DKIM records that need to be added to the DNS settings for your domain. If your domain is managed with Bigscoots Nameservers, you can simply click on 'Repair' to automatically update the DNS records. Otherwise, you will need to update them through your domain registrar.

Step#5:

Once the SPF and DKIM records are added, you will see the status as 'Valid' in the 'Email Deliverability' section in cPanel.
