Raw access logs are compressed text files that provide detailed information about your site's visitors, including content accessed and visitor activity. When you download these logs, you will receive a .gz file containing the log data. Follow the guide below to enable and download your raw access logs.

Enabling Raw Access Logs
In this section, we will walk through how to enable raw access logs.
Enter cPanel - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.
In cPanel, look for the Raw Access option under the Metrics tab.
Near the top of the Raw Access page, there will be a section labeled Configure Logs. In this section, you will be able to select from two options. Please select the first to enable raw access logs. Once selected, click Save.
Once saved, you will see a green message appear letting you know the settings were saved.
Downloading Raw Access Logs
In this section, we will walk through how to download raw access logs.
Enter cPanel - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.
In cPanel, look for the Raw Access option under the Metrics tab.
Scrolling down on the Raw Access page, there will be a section labeled Download Raw Access Logs. In this section, click the domain for which you want to see the logs for, and it will begin downloading.
Scrolling down further, you will come across a section labeled Archived Raw Logs. In this section, you can find logs you have archived from previous months, if you are looking for an older set of data.
