  1. Adding an auto responder.

To add an Auto-responder in cPanel, follow these steps:

  1. In the Email section of the cPanel home screen, click Autoresponders.

2. Click Add Autoreponder.

3. Under Character Set, select the character set that you want the autoresponder to use.

4. Under Interval section, you can set how many hours to wait before autoresponding to the same email address.

5. In the Email text box, type the e-mail account that the autoresponder sends messages for.

6. In the From text box, type your name or e-mail address. Alternatively, you can leave this field blank.

7. In the Subject text box, type the subject line of the auto response message.

8. Check this if you want to enter HTML into the “Body” of your email.

9. Enter your Autoresponder message here.

10. Choose if you want this autoresponder to begin Immediately or set a Custom start time.

11. Click Create/Modify.

12. Then you will get a confirmation message as follows:

2. Editing an autoresponder

To edit an autoresponder in cPanel, follow these steps:

  1. In the Mail section of the cPanel home screen, click Auto Responders.

2. Under Current Autoresponders, select the autoresponder that you want to edit.

3. Then click Edit.

4. Make the changes to the autoresponder and click Create/Modify.

3. Deleting an autoresponder.

  1. In the Mail section of the cPanel home screen, click Autoresponders.

2. Under Current Autoresponders, select the autoresponder that you want to delete.

3. Click Delete.

4. Click Delete Autoresponder.

5. Then you will get a confirmation message as follows:
