As part of your BigScoots WPO service, we offer email hosting through a basic RoundCube service. While RoundCube is a functional option for managing email, we understand the convenience of using Outlook for email delivery and management. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to set up your BigScoots email in Outlook.

WPO Email Information
Within your WPO portal, you will be able to find the information to your email, including the username, password and both incoming and outgoing server information. For this information, please follow below:
Log into your WPO portal and click 'Email' on the left side-bar.
Ensure that the 'Email Details' are set up with the correct domain in the top left, then find your email and click 'Client Setup' on the right side of the email.
A pop-up for your email will appear. Please copy the information found on the pop-up as you will use it on the Gmail form. Incase you are wondering about the server information:
Incoming Server - Checks mail from other email accounts
Outgoing server - Sends the mail as is.
Updating Outlook Settings
Now that you have your email information, you can connect the email to your Outlook by following the steps below:
Sign into your Outlook account.
Click the gear button in the top right corner to get to 'Settings.'
Within 'Settings' have 'Accounts' selected. In 'Your accounts,' under 'Email accounts,' select 'Add account.'
In the pop-up, write your BigScoots WPO email into the 'Suggested accounts' input, then click 'Continue.'
On the IMAP page, input the password to your WPO email in the 'Password' input. Afterwards, click show more to fill out the rest of the form.
Under the IMAP settings, you will input the 'Incoming Server' information from WPO. For the categories, please input:
IMAP Incoming Server - write "mail.scoots.email"
Port - write "993"
Under the SMTP Settings, you will input the 'Outgoing Server' information from WPO. For the categories, please input:
SMTP Outgoing server - write "mail.scoots.email"
Port - write "587"
Once you have filled everything out, you may click 'Continue' to proceed.
When asked to sync your IMAP account, click 'Continue' to proceed.
Once synced, you will see a success screen like below. From the success screen, click 'Done' to move on.
In the emails list, you will now see your BigScoots WPO email. You will also be able to access your email from the Outlook main page.
