Log into cPanel
Click the Select PHP Version icon located under the Software section.
3. On the next screen you will need to click Switch To PHP Options located on the right hand side:
If this says Switch To PHP Extensions then you are already on the correct screen and you can proceed to step 4.
4. By default max_execution_time is set to 30 seconds:
To set it higher, simply click the 30 and change it to the necessary Value.
5. When done, click Save.
This value will update instantly, there is no delay.
