This guide is meant to inform you on the steps to share access to your Cloudways portal with BigScoots.
Step 1) Log in to Cloudways
You can log in to your Cloudways portal here:
https://platform.cloudways.com/login
Step 2) Navigate to Add New Team Member
Navigate to "Team" and then "Add New Team Member", as shown in the image below:
Step 3) Fill in the new team members information exactly as the below
Status | Active |
Member Name | BigScoots |
Job Title | Web Developer / Engineer |
Support Access | Check Box for Yes! |
Console Access | Check Box for Yes! |
Full Access | Check Box for Yes! |

Click "Add Member" to send us an invitation!
Once the invitation is sent, let us know that you've invited us and we'll get to work!
