This guide is meant to inform you on the steps to share access to your Cloudways portal with BigScoots.
Step 1) Log in to Cloudways
You can log in to your Cloudways portal here:
https://unified.cloudways.com/
Step 2) Navigate to Add New Team Member
Click Teams in the bottom-left corner, then click Add Member, as shown in the image below.
Step 3) Fill in the new team members information exactly as the below
Member Name | BigScoots |
Select Job Title | Web Developer / Engineer |
Status | Active |
Support Access | Check Box for Yes! |
Flexible | Check Box for Yes! |
Full Access | Check Box for Yes! |
Click "Add Member" to send us an invitation!
Once the invitation is sent, let us know that you've invited us and we'll get to work!
