Only valid if you use Google Workspace for mail!

Step 1: Log in to Google Workspace Admin

This can be done by navigating to your Google Workspace Admin => Apps => Gmail => Authenticate Email. Or by using this link.

Step 2: Generate a new DKIM Record

On the next screen, you will be asked for some options. You can just leave them as the default, as shown below:

Step 3: Copy down both parts of your new DKIM record.

Step 4: Add the record to your WPO or cPanel

WPO

WPO => Site Details => DNS

Type

TXT

Domain

google._domainkey

Value

v=DKIM1; k=rsa;...
(The record copied from Google)

cPanel

cPanel => Domains => Zone Editor

Name

google._domainkey.yourdomain.com

Type

TXT

Record

The record copied from Google. Be sure to create a second TXT string if cPanel cuts it off!

Step 5: Start Verification

Note that it may take up to 48 hours for Google to put the DKIM record into effect.
