In this guide, we'll walk you through the signup process for our Mediavine hosting packages, ensuring a smooth transition into your new hosting.
Before we begin, please note that you must already be part of a Mediavine program to be eligible for the Mediavine hosting packages. If you are not a collaborator with Mediavine, our Managed WordPress services may be a better fit for you. (guide available here)

Selecting a Package
Our Mediavine hosting packages come in two different forms based on what program you are currently in with Mediavine: 'Mediavine Journey' and 'Mediavine Plans.'
If you're currently enrolled in the Journey program with Mediavine, you are eligible to transition to a Mediavine Journey plan. On the Journey page, click 'Get Started' on the plan.
If you're part of Mediavine's broader network with a program above Journey, you can explore our Mediavine Plans. On the Hosting for Mediavine Programs page, you'll find four plan options. Once you've selected a plan, click 'Get Started.'
Signup
This section will walk you through the service signup process after going through the Mediavine services page.
The first step after selecting a package is to fill out the 'Cart details.' On this page, input your email and Mediavine site domain (no uppercase letters in domain).
Below the information, you'll find three add-on services to choose from. If you would like to add additional sites to your package, enter the quantity in the 'Additional Domains' field. Please note that additional sites do not come with Mediavine integrated. For integration, you can add it on for $5.00 a month per site.
If you'd like to include a Performance or Security add-on, simply check the box on the left.
Once you have everything selected, check the 'Cart Summary' to ensure the order is correct, then click 'Next.'
A two-step verification code has been sent to your email from BigScoots <noreply@bigscoots.com>, please check your email to get the code then input it into the pop-up.
The next two sections are 'Account Details' and 'Payment.' In the 'Account Details' section, please enter your information, then click 'Next'. In the 'Payment' section, please enter your card information then check the acknowledgement box and click 'Pay Now.'
Welcome Email & WPO Access
For access to your WPO portal, you will need to update your account by following a link sent to your email. Please follow the guide below to ensure WPO portal access.
Once your invoice is processed, you will receive a welcome email from support@bigscoots.com. If not already logged in, this email will guide you to your WPO portal login — simply click 'Get Started!' to begin.
Login to your account using the email and password created in the signup. You will then be redirected into your WPO portal, where you will see your domain listed.
To complete the Mediavine signup, click the '+ Add New Site' button and fill out the form to migrate your site. If you need assistance with the migration request, please consult our guide.
