If your server is running resource-heavy websites or you're encountering PHP memory errors, increasing the PHP memory limit can help improve performance and stability. In this guide, we’ll show you how to increase the PHP memory limit in WHM using the MultiPHP INI Editor.
Enter WHM - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.
Search for MultiPHP INI Editor under Software and click on it.
On basic mode, choose the desired version of php from the drop down menu. I have selected PHP 8.2.
Scroll down the page until you see memory_limit and change the value. By default its saved to 128M.
After updating the value of memory limit, click Apply at the bottom of the page.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully increased the PHP memory limit through WHM.
