In this guide, we'll walk you through the signup process for our Managed WordPress services, ensuring a smooth transition into your new hosting.

This section will walk you through the service signup process from the Managed WordPress services page.
The first step will be to select a service. On the Managed hosting for WordPress services page, you will be able to select from seven options. At the top of the page, you can switch between Monthly Pricing and Annual Pricing. Once you have a plan, click Get This.
Now on the purchasing page, you will have the check boxes and options to complete:
Billing Option - Whether choosing for Monthly or Annually.
Select Product - Make sure the plan you want is selected. You can change your plan by clicking on +/- button.
Additional Sites - How many additional websites, past the initial amount, do you intend to add to the service? Every additional site will be $9.95 a month. You can add additional site by clicking on + button.
Extra Storage- If you want to add additional storage to your plan you can increase it in increments of 5GB for $5 by clicking on the + button in the Extra Storage section.
Addon selection- You have the option to select Boost, Optimization Pro and Security Pro for your websites.
Once you have selected all the required information, click the Continue to Checkout button to proceed. On the next page, enter your personal information and billing address. If you have a promo code, you can add it there. After that, click Continue to Checkout. You will then be taken to the checkout page, where you can complete the payment for the service.
Welcome Email & BigScoots Console Access
To access your BigScoots Console, you will need to verify your account using the link sent to your email address. Please follow the guide below to complete the verification and access your BigScoots Console.
Once your invoice has been paid, you will see a “Thank you, all done” pop-up.
You will also receive a verification email from help@bigscoots.com at your registered email address. Please open the email and click the Verify Your Email button. After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the BigScoots Console login page.
Use the login details you created during signup to access your account, then click Login. You also have the option to sign in using a connected account. If you signed up with your Gmail account, click Continue with Google. If you signed up with your GitHub account, click Continue with GitHub.
BigScoots Console Next Steps
Congratulations! You now have access to the BigScoots Console!
From the BigScoots Console, you will have two options to set up your site: Request Migration and Create a website. Simply click on the option that best suits your needs, and feel free to follow its respective guide below:
