Taking those first steps is a major milestone for any BigScoots client. We understand that starting a new site may feel overwhelming, but rest assured, we’ve got you covered. All we need from you is to complete the fresh WordPress installation request form, and we’ll take care of the rest. This guide will walk you through the form, ensuring a smooth start.

If this is your first site, you can click Create New Site on your dashboard.
Add New Site
When you first enter the Create New Site section, you will be directed to the Add New Site page. On this page, select Create New Website, then click Continue to proceed.
Next, you will be asked to select the service where you want to add this new site. Since this is a new service, select your service, then click Continue.
If you have already purchased a domain and want to connect it to your WordPress website, select Connect Existing Domain, then click Continue.
Now, enter your existing domain name and press Enter. Once the domain has been added, click Continue.
You can share the login details for your domain registrar with us, and we can help make the site live through BigScoots. In this section, select Help Me Update DNS.
We already have some common domain registrars listed in the dropdown. Select the registrar where your domain is registered, enter the login details, and then click Continue. If you would prefer to update the DNS records yourself, select I’ll update DNS myself.
Since you want a fresh WordPress installation, select New WordPress Install.
If you want to clone a site from another website instead, select the second option, then click Continue.
Next, you will be asked to add the WordPress-related details, including the admin login details, site title, username, and password. Once you have entered all the required information, click Continue to proceed.
Next, it will ask you which theme you want to install with your staging domain. Since I want to use the Twenty Twenty-Five theme, I will select it. If you want to install WooCommerce as well, select WooCommerce, then click Continue to proceed. You also have the option to skip this step. If you skip it, you will need to install WooCommerce and your preferred theme yourself once the site is launched.
Next, you will be asked to select your payment option. If you want to set up annual billing, select the annual payment option. If you prefer to continue with monthly billing, you can leave it as it is.
Under the Addons section, you can select Boost, Optimization Pro, or Security Pro. Click Add to Site next to the add-on you want to include, and it will be configured on your domain once the site setup is complete.
Once you have selected the required addons, click Continue to proceed.
Review
The Review page provides a summary of all your information for review before submission. Click on Create Website to finishing the setup
Your fresh WordPress install request has been successfully submitted!
The install will take approximately 20 mins. In that time, we will set up your site and create a WordPress.org account for you.
