If Softaculous is installed but not showing up in cPanel, don’t worry this is a common issue and can usually be fixed with a simple command. In most cases, it happens because the Softaculous plugin hasn’t been registered properly with cPanel during installation. The good news is, you can resolve this in just a few steps.

  1. Access the server as root via SSH - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.

  2. Run the below command in the server:

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/register_cpanelplugin /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/softaculous.cpanelplugin

Congratulations! You've successfully fixed the issue of Softaculous not appearing in cPanel by registering the plugin.
