Please make sure to create a backup of your website’s database before performing MySQL database optimization. You can follow this support article to create the backup and download it locally to your system.
Enter cPanel - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.
In cPanel, look for the phpMyAdmin option under the Databases tab.
On the phpMyAdmin page, look for the Databases tab on the top bar.
From the Databases page, select the database you want to optimize.
Under the table for your selected Database will be a checkbox labeled Check all. Please click the checkbox, then in the box labeled With selected, click Optimize Table in the dropdown.
Congratulations! You've successfully optimized your database.
