Enter WHM - If you don't know how, you can follow this guide.
Search for ConfigServer Security & Firewall under Plugins and click on it.
Then find Search for IP.
Enter the IP address and click on Search for IP.
Then you will get the results as follows:
If you want to unblock the IP address, then click the Remove button on bottom of the page.
Congratulations! You have successfully whitelisted the blocked IP address via WHM.
