All we need from you is to submit a support ticket, and we’ll take care of the rest. This guide will walk you through the ticket, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to BigScoots.

Multiple-Site Migration Cost
If only migrating one site into your service, this section will not apply to you.
Before you begin with your migrations, please be aware that if you are looking to migrate over multiple sites into a Shared service, there will be a cost for the additional sites. The sites are typically $25 per additional site, but price may fluctuate based on the content of sites and amount being brought over.
Migration Ticket
In this section, we will walk you through creating a support ticket to request to have your sites migrated to BigScoots.
Please open a support ticket, you can either do this through your Billing Portal or by email with your registered email.
If you use email, you will want to write a message to support@bigscoots.com
If you decide to go through the Billing Portal, click Support Tickets on the left-side bar then 'Create New.'
Within the ticket, you will title the subject as "Migration Request - [site name]" then in the message, you will include your current host and the login information, along with your domain registrar and login information. If you want to migrate multiple sites, you can add them within the message.
Please make sure the service you want to submit the request for is selected, then click 'Submit.'
Your migration request has been successfully submitted!
The migration process is seamless, with no downtime and typically takes around 90 minutes depending on what is being migrated. During this time, your site will be fully optimized, and a comprehensive security audit will be conducted. Please refrain from making any changes to the site or its DNS settings until the migration is complete.
