Taking those first steps is a major milestone for any BigScoots client. We understand that starting a new site may feel overwhelming, but rest assured, we’ve got you covered. All we need from you is to complete the fresh WordPress installation request form, and we’ll take care of the rest. This guide will walk you through the form, ensuring a smooth start.
Before you get started with a Fresh WordPress Install, if you do not have a domain, you will want to register one. Domains can be registered anywhere, but if you would like to register a domain with BigScoots you can follow this guide.

If this is your first site, you can click 'Fresh WP Install' on your dashboard.
If the migration is an add-on, you can click '+ Add New Site' from the dashboard.
Add New Site
Upon first entering the form, you'll be directed to the 'Add New Site' page. On this page, please fill out the following options:
What would you like to request - Select ‘Add domain name,’ unless you want to purchase a new hosting service.
What would you like to request (under Domain Info) - Select ‘Fresh WordPress Install.’
Domain Name - Enter your domain
Select Existing Plan - Select the service/domain you want the site to be associated with.
Once all information is filled out and ready, you may click ‘Proceed.’ If you run into an error where it asks for Cloudflare logins after submitting, please check ‘Cloudflare Logins Popup’ below.

Occasionally, an error may occur after clicking 'Proceed' where you will be asked to input Cloudflare logins. In this situation, you have two options:
I have my Cloudflare login and I am happy to provide it.
I am unsure what Cloudflare is or I don't have a Cloudflare login.
If you have a Cloudflare account, you may click the first option to use your logins. If you do not currently have an account, please click option 2, so you can input your domain registrar information to proceed.
Review
The Review page provides a summary of all your information for review before submission.
Near the bottom, you will see a switch next to 'Do You Need Help?.' If enabled, please provide your domain registrar and logins so we can manage the DNS for you. If everything looks correct, click 'Submit.'
Your fresh WordPress install request has been successfully submitted!
The install will take approximately 20 mins. In that time, we will set up your site and create a WordPress.org account for you.
